Quarter of Beef

A typical Quarter of Beef includes approximately 130 lbs of retail beef cuts consisting of ground beef, steaks (t-bone, sirloin, round, rib steak, etc.), roasts, and various other cuts. Our meat is processed in a USDA inspected facility and wrapped in traditional white butcher paper.
